Dear Friend,
This holiday season, Consuming Fire Christian Center in Redford, Michigan is reaching out to help those who need it most — disabled veterans and Federal workers currently furloughed. Many of these families are struggling to provide the essentials: food, clothing, and even transportation.
Our goal is to feed over 100 families by providing complete Thanksgiving dinners. We’re partnering with local vendors to make this possible — for just $40, one donation can feed an entire family this Thanksgiving.
We invite you to join us in this act of compassion. Your financial gift of any amount will make a real difference. Our “Turkey Dinner Giveaway” will take place on Friday, November 21, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and all are welcome to come, receive, or give.
To ensure we can prepare in advance, we ask that all donations be received by November 10, 2025.
